Each of 15 trams consists of 5 low-chassis cars. The trams have a 265 passenger capacity, and can travel at a maximum speed of 70 kph. The trams are fitted with batteries.
The first line of the Danhai Light Rail Transit System was opened in December 24 2018 in New Taipei City. The 7.3-kilometer, 11-station Green Mountain Line is an infrastructure milestone in the northern Taiwan metropolis.
Trams are fitted with Gmeinder gearboxes type GGT292EOY/622 L+R. Further lines are in construction or planned.
